Position Title	Financial Analyst

Reports to	Partner
About the Role: ‘Financial Analyst’
The position shall be in the rank of “Manager”. The deployment will be at a power utility client of Mercados at Lucknow on full time basis. The candidate shall be required to perform the following activities including but not limited to: Analyzing financial data to identify company’s financial status. Review and compliance of various accounting policies Assistance in finalization of quarterly and annual financial statements Preparing replies to the queries of Internal, Statutory and CAG auditors, Regulator, etc. Providing comments on various finance related matters Financial analysis and review of accounts. Conducting cost and benchmarking analysis Assistance in preparation of fixed asset registers Exposure of working with credit rating agencies.
Required skill set
Proven work experience as a Financial Specialist / Financial Analyst. Understanding of financial and accounting principles Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail. Experience of working in Power/BFSI / Infrastructure sector
Education and Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA At least 4 years of relevant experience
Work Location
Base location shall be Lucknow. However, the role would require the applicant to undertake travel for pursuing various opportunities.
