Ramandeep Singh, is the Practice Head and COO of Mercados Energy Markets India Private Limited.
He is an alumnus of NPTI and hold a Bachelors Degree in Production Engineering. In his career span of more than 19 years, he worked in various capacities at Tata Power (Erstwhile NDPL), ICRA and Deloitte in the consulting verticals.
Ramandeep possesses deep techno-commercial and regulatory knowledge and has worked in areas of Market Entry Strategy, Business Plans, Strategic Advisory, Market Intelligence Reports, open access issues, market modelling, Transaction Advisory, Regulatory Petitions fuel related advisory assistance and all facets of Renewable Energy related matters.
Apart from power sector, his core expertise also lies in midstream and downstream oil and gas sector. In his career span, he extensively worked with Regulatory Commissions, State and Private Utilities across Generation, Transmission and Distribution, GAIL, Strategic International Clients, Financial Institutes and most of the Private entities in power sector.
As a Practice Head, Ramandeep Singh is responsible for overall Business Development and ensuring high quality deliverables to all clients of Mercados.
